With over 15 years of hospitality experience, they've honed their skills in various locations across the world. Currently based in Singapore, the two bring with them more than 30 years of hospitality expertise, making them invaluable assets to any consultancy project.
GABRIEL LOWE
With over 15 years of bartending experience, Gabriel is a seasoned professional in the industry. He has a track record of success, having opened and managed bars in San Francisco, Bogota, and Bangkok. Currently serving as the Beverage Manager at The Standard Hotel in Bangkok, Gabriel has established a reputation for creating and curating exceptional bar programs, from dive bars to luxurious private clubs. His impressive portfolio includes The Battery, Black Cat (San Francisco), Black Bear, Segundo (Bogota), and Paradise Lost (Bangkok).
JESSE VIDA
With over 15 years of bartending experience, Jesse is a highly accomplished professional in the industry. He has honed his skills in top-tier cities such as San Francisco, New York and Singapore, where he successfully managed the award-winning bar ATLAS. Jesse's exceptional bar management has earned him recognition on the World's 50 Best Bars list and the prestigious title of ‘World’s Best Cocktail Menu’ by Tales of the Cocktail for his innovative menu. Under his leadership, Jesse's bars have received numerous awards including ‘Best International Cocktail Bar’ (Spirited Awards 2020), ‘Best Bar in Asia’ (World’s 50 Best List 2020), and ‘World’s Best Spirits Selection’, cementing his reputation as a leader in the industry.
